Regional Terms

Botsdex services are available only in supported markets and for supported transaction types. Availability may differ by buyer location, seller location, delivery destination, robot category, transaction type, and regulatory status.

A listing or checkout is not an offer into every country. Do not assume that a robot, rental, lease, service, payment method, or currency shown in one market is available in another.

Master Terms

The general rules for accounts, the marketplace, transactions, content, disputes, and liability.

Regional addendum

Mandatory or market-specific rules that supplement or override the Master Terms where necessary.

Listing and seller terms

Product, seller, delivery, rental, lease, warranty, support, and return terms shown before acceptance.

Immutable order record

The captured versions, price, charged currency, transaction model, booking, delivery, returns, and other terms accepted for that order.

If a mandatory local rule conflicts with a general provision, the mandatory rule controls. A later change to this page or the Master Terms does not silently rewrite an accepted order.

Depending on the market, the buyer or seller may need to address:

• consumer cancellation, return, warranty, and complaint rights;
• product safety, recalls, conformity, labeling, and local representative duties;
• taxes, customs, duties, invoices, seller reporting, and marketplace collection duties;
• payment authentication, currency conversion, payout eligibility, and chargeback rules;
• privacy, data transfer, worker, sector, export, import, sanctions, and environmental requirements; and
• rental, leasing, registration, insurance, licensing, and site or operator requirements.

Botsdex currently prices and settles supported transactions in USD. A buyer may see a converted display amount, and Stripe or another approved currency partner may perform the conversion before the charge or payout. The final checkout presentation controls the charged currency, conversion information, and disclosed fees for the order. A bank or payment provider may apply a separate rate or fee.

Botsdex may pause a market, seller, product category, transaction model, delivery route, or payment method when required for safety, law, partner availability, operational readiness, or risk management. We will handle accepted orders, open rentals, leases, refunds, and disputes under their order terms and applicable law.
