Nilfisk is a Danish maker of professional cleaning equipment, founded in Copenhagen in 1906 as Fisker & Nielsen by engineer P.A. Fisker and Hans Marius Nielsen. Its workshop made electric motors before introducing its first electric vacuum cleaner in 1910. It builds floor scrubbers and sweepers, commercial and industrial vacuums and high-pressure washers for professional cleaning worldwide.
