The Liberty SC50 is Nilfisk's autonomous floor scrubber dryer for medium to large environments such as supermarkets, retail malls, airports, hospitals, schools and office buildings. In Fill-in mode an operator drives around the area to be cleaned once, and the SC50 calculates the most efficient path to clean the interior, avoiding obstacles along the way.
Three cleaning modes cover different jobs: Copycat repeats a route you record, Fill-in plans the route from the perimeter and manual mode lets you run it like a conventional scrubber. Nilfisk rates its coverage at 98% to 99.5%, and a large 15-inch touchscreen with step-by-step guidance keeps training time down, backed by simple Record, Play and Stop controls built for scrubber operators rather than programmers.
An independent safety system creates a safety zone around the machine and sensors watch for drop-offs such as loading docks, stairs and escalators. The SC50 is third-party certified to CSA/ANSI 336, an OSHA-recognized autonomous floor care safety standard. It scrubs a 51 cm (20 inch) path with a maximum theoretical productivity of 1,936 m² an hour and runs up to 6 hours on a single charge. EcoFlex adjusts water and detergent use to the job, and TextAssist alerts and digital reports keep your team informed.
