Large autonomous scrubber-dryer with 200 L of fresh water, up to 4,590 m² an hour.
Scrub big, demanding floors autonomously. The KIRA BR 200 is Kärcher's large autonomous scrubber-dryer for textured and uneven floors in airports, train stations, warehouses, manufacturing plants, exhibition centers and concert halls. Its roller brushes pre-sweep and scrub in a single pass across an 850 mm working width, a side brush cleans right up to the edges, and a 1,100 mm suction bar picks up the dirty water.
A 200 L fresh water tank and a 220 L waste tank cover up to 7,143 m² per filling, with speed-dependent water dosing and the DOSE detergent system, and Kärcher rates its theoretical autonomous output at up to 4,590 m² an hour. A multi-sensor system with 360° all-round visibility detects obstacles, overhangs, glass surfaces, drop-offs and people and plans evasive routes on its own, and the robot is safety-certified to IEC 63327 and IEC 60335-2-72 for areas with public traffic.
Four lithium-ion batteries run about 4.5 hours and recharge in about 5.3 hours, and the separately available docking station fills fresh water, empties dirty water and charges the batteries automatically. Staff set it up on a large touchscreen without expert knowledge, teach routes by driving them and schedule jobs through the KIRA Equipment Manager and KIRA Robots app, and it can also be driven manually as a ride-on. A VDA 5050 interface or an I/O box connects it to site infrastructure such as rolling doors, with software updates available until January 2033.
Supervised automat. Runs a narrow task; a person triggers, loads, or stands by.
