Autonomous cleaning built for tight spaces. The X4 ROVR is Tennant's autonomous floor scrubber for small to mid-sized, high-traffic spaces, and Tennant shows it at work in retail, education and healthcare. It is designed to support your staff so they can focus on more valuable, hands-on tasks, and it navigates aisles as narrow as 71 cm, cleans as close as 7.6 cm to walls and scrubs a 500 mm path with dual disks.
Advanced 3D LiDAR, RGB cameras and autonomous re-routing help it adapt to changing conditions with fewer operator assists, and Tennant's SelfPath AI adds intelligent route optimization. Intuitive touchscreen controls, guided workflows and embedded training resources help you bring it into your existing floor care program, and BrainOS management tools deliver cleaning insights, live status updates and fleet performance reporting. For privacy, faces in incidentally captured images are blurred and data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access limiting who can see it.
Its 38 L solution and recovery tanks cover up to 1,860 m² per solution tank by Tennant's estimate, and velocity-controlled solution delivery adjusts the flow to its cleaning speed to help optimize water and chemical use. A 90 Ah lithium-ion battery gives up to 2.5 hours of autonomous scrubbing and recharges from 10% to 100% in 2.2 hours on the onboard charger, while color-coded service points and onboard diagnostics keep maintenance simple.
