Ride-on scrubber that runs autonomously on BrainOS, with a 650 mm path and 110 L tanks.
Scrub schools, stores and airports on repeat. The T7AMR is Tennant's robotic micro-rider floor scrubber, powered by BrainOS from Tennant partner Brain Corporation and designed to work alongside employees so they can focus on high-value tasks. It learns routes through Teach & Repeat or Area Fill, Tennant's current BrainOS release adds Clean 2.0 navigation and SelfPath AI route generation, and it can also be operated manually.
A multi-layer sensor system with overlapping sensors detects and avoids people and obstacles, backed by two auto-stop buttons, safety beeps that alert passersby and automatic braking with parking brake actuation. It scrubs a 650 mm path with up to 86 kg of brush pressure, and its compact, maneuverable size suits narrow aisles. A self-adjusting splash skirt reduces overspray on fixtures, walls and baseboards, while water recovery that works even in tight turns helps minimize the risk of slip-and-fall injuries.
Its 110 L solution and recovery tanks pair with flooded lead-acid batteries for up to 4 hours or lithium-ion for up to 6.5 hours, and Tennant rates its theoretical maximum productivity at 4,250 m² an hour in manual mode. Optional ec-H2O NanoClean technology reduces detergent and water use, an operating noise level as low as 70 dBA lets you clean during the day, and weekly usage reports track performance across your fleet. A built-in brush wear indicator and easy-to-clean tanks simplify maintenance.
Supervised automat. Runs a narrow task; a person triggers, loads, or stands by.
