Servi is Bear Robotics' compact delivery robot for food running and table bussing, designed to assist hospitality staff rather than replace them, so your team can spend more time with guests. It carries up to 30 kg across two trays and a bus tub, and it is NSF-certified for foodservice.
Bear's patented stabilizing trays disperse momentum to keep dishes steady, and LiDAR with cameras maps the room, detects obstacles in all directions and reroutes in real time to keep service on schedule. Internal weight sensors tell it when a delivery has been collected, so it heads back to its home base automatically.
It runs 10 to 12 hours and recharges in about 4 hours on a wall charger, moves at 0.1 to 1.2 m/s and takes orders from its 7-inch touchscreen or an external tablet. Bear's cloud Fleet Control Suite tracks progress and supports remote troubleshooting, several robots can run together in multi-robot mode, and accessories include a drink tray, a rectangular tray and a call button.
