Give visitors a warm welcome, even when your team is busy. GreetingBot Mini is a compact reception robot that notices people as they approach, says hello first and starts the conversation. When a guest needs directions, it leads the way to the counter, stand or room they are looking for, with background music playing as it goes.
It is built for busy spaces. Six microphones work out where a voice is coming from, so it can turn to face the speaker. OrionStar rates its speech recognition above 97% even in 75 dB of background noise, and it supports more than 30 languages. Park it by the entrance or let it roam the floor, and its 14-inch screen shows your promotions as customers come close. A built-in camera takes photos and handles video calls.
Its chassis squeezes through gaps as narrow as 55 cm, and lidar with a depth camera steers it around obstacles. When two or more units cross paths, they sort out right of way between themselves. A charge lasts around 12 hours in typical use, and when the battery runs low, it heads back to its charger on its own. Need it to do more?
