LuckiBot Pro is OrionStar's AI delivery robot for restaurants, hotels, offices, hospitals, clubs and nursing homes, carrying up to 60 kg on three or four 500 × 420 mm trays that each hold 15 kg. Its 14-inch full-HD display plays ads, videos and pictures to catch guests' attention, and it recognizes visitors as they approach so it can welcome them first.
Guests can simply talk to it: a six-microphone array, which OrionStar says works in 75 dB of background noise with up to 97% voice recognition accuracy, lets them say where they want to go, and it plans a path and leads the way. Visual SLAM, a depth camera and 240° 3D obstacle recognition guide it and respond quickly to small obstacles, while a quasi-circular chassis with torsion bar suspension handles varied floors.
It works up to 12 hours on a charge and recharges fully in 4.5 hours, by cable or on its automatic charging dock. Fast delivery, soup delivery, promotion, guidance, cruise and collection modes cover the shift, and for custom projects its modular design offers universal data and power interfaces, with OrionStar's RobotOS SDK providing hundreds of APIs for Android development.
