AI food delivery robot with three or four large trays and 10 hours per charge.
A friendly delivery robot for busy dining rooms. LuckiBot is OrionStar's AI delivery robot for restaurants, carrying up to 40 kg on adjustable trays of up to 10 kg each that staff and guests can reach from any side. In delivery mode it runs at fast or slow speeds, and a touch on its 10.1-inch screen pauses it, changes the destination or lets someone pick up a meal along the way.
It does more than deliver. In greeting mode it welcomes customers from a fixed point or while moving around, showing ads and recommending signature dishes as people come close; guidance mode leads guests to their table with background music; and cruise mode hands out or collects snacks and trays along a set route. A six-microphone ring array with 360° pickup and a speaker handle voice interaction, and a color-changing light strip shows at a glance whether it is working, charging or needs attention.
3D depth detection and a dual SLAM system help it avoid obstacles, stay out of restricted areas and correct its route, and several LuckiBots in one restaurant give way to each other at forks without staff stepping in. It runs about 10 hours in typical use and recharges in 4.5 hours, and OrionStar's cloud services add a configurable Q&A database, background music and an anti-theft alarm, with multi-language support available as a paid upgrade.
Supervised automat. Runs a narrow task; a person triggers, loads, or stands by.
