BellaBot is Pudu's cat-faced delivery robot for restaurants, cafes and hotels, carrying up to 40 kg across four trays, 10 kg each, while your team looks after the guests. Pudu designed it to delight people, with dozens of original facial expressions, voice greetings, status lights and haptic feedback.
It finds its way with both LiDAR and visual SLAM, and three RGB-D cameras with LiDAR spot low-lying and overhanging obstacles, stopping in as little as 0.5 seconds. An automotive-grade independent suspension adjusts its damping to the floor for steady delivery, and infrared tray sensors support faster, smarter service.
It runs up to 13 hours on a charge with no load, its battery can be swapped quickly, and a full recharge takes about 4.5 hours. Staff can call it with the PUDU Link app, a push-button caller or a 4G watch, and the app lets managers monitor, configure and review each robot's operating data.
