FlashBot Max is Pudu's multi-floor delivery robot for hotels and buildings, and its VSLAM+ navigation carries deliveries from indoor floors out to semi-outdoor areas such as garden corridors, fitness zones and poolsides. Two to four adjustable compartments, each with its own door, carry up to 10 kg per layer, and guests unlock them with a password, their phone number or NFC.
It connects to the building around it, making automatic calls, passing turnstiles and riding elevators without staff. Pudu's cloud elevator control works with KONE and OTIS elevators without modifying them, and a hardware option adapts to other buildings. Multi-floor maps can be copied quickly during setup, and 3D obstacle avoidance watches for low and overhanging obstacles.
Built-in fans keep air moving through the compartments to remove odors, and the robot needs 60 cm of path clearance. It runs up to 9 hours, heads back to charge when the battery is low and recharges in 4 hours, while the Pudu Link app and remote operations platform show each robot's location and status in real time and a scheduling system shares tasks across your fleet.
